TQC grid method adhesion tester

The grid cut method is a testing method for measuring the adhesion of surface dry coatings. The TQC grid cut adhesion tester is used to draw 25/100 squares on a row of 6/11 blades between two external wires, and the evaluation level is determined by comparing the grids. The complete tool sizes can be used for different coating thicknesses and substrates according to standards. Each set of adhesion testers consists of lightweight and comfortable handles, tough tools, brushes, small magnifying glasses, and adhesive tape.

The CC2000 grid cutter is equipped with an automatically adjustable blade holder, which ensures the balance of pressure on the blade. The CC2000 grid cutter comes with a rotating handle, making it easy to change the cutting blade without the need for additional tools.

CC3000 Adjustable Scratch Grid Adhesion Tester

The CC3000 paint film marking instrument blade holder maintains a fixed distance between the coating surface and two auxiliary wheels, and the cutting depth can be accurately adjusted to ensure the results of repeated tests.
